Incipientus Ultrasound Flow Technologies AB offers unique products that can visualize and monitor the flow properties of industrial liquids in real time directly in the manufacturing process. About the role
As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for a highly motivated Enterprise Sales / Customer Success Manager for new business to join our team in Gothenburg. This position will be critical in building and maintaining long-term relationships with large international clients in Europe and USA. Our clients are large companies in food, consumer care, pulp and energy Industries. In this role, you will work closely with decision makers at our customers and Incipientus management team and technical specialists.

What you’ll do:
- Manage up-and-cross sell towards new customers (up-selling new markets, products and functionalities that Incipientus offers)
- Take ownership of commercial negotiations and other supporting activities with respective customer
- Build new sales organisation focusing on enterprise sales
- Find new leads and build up customer pipeline
- Build relationships and long-term strategic cooperation’s with assigned customer accounts
- Develop and prioritize customer product/service requests
- Work with analysis of various pricing models with regards to pricing negotiations
- The role is HQ based with extensive travel to visit Customers, Agents, Exhibitions, etc. (Both domestic and international travel is required)
- Work towards achieving the individual sales targets and reaching the department KPIs
Who you are:
- Background in commercial technical sales in food or consumer goods processing equipment
- At least 5 years of experience
- Relevant University Degree
- You consider yourself great with numbers, analytical and able to use logic and problem-solving skills to find the relevant solutions
- You’re hard-working, love learning new things and solutions-oriented
- You have the ability to explain complex topics in a clear and understandable way
- You thrive in a social environment and know how to create positive and long-term relationships, externally as well as internally
- You take great pride in your work and strive for excellence with drive and endurance
- Able and willing to frequently travel to current and potential customer sites across Sweden and abroad as required.
- You have an ownership mentality and accountability
- You are fluent in English, both verbally and in writing and it’s a bonus if you speak other languages.
