The shareholders of Incipientus Ultrasound Flow Technologies AB (org no), 559126-1002, are hereby invited to the Annual General Meeting on Friday, 12 June, 2020 at 10.00 am.
The AGM will be held digitally via Teams (see email) due to current circumstances with the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic. Incipientus Board of Directors and employees can attend the Annual General Meeting at Incipientus’ premises at RISE-Research Institutes of Technology, Frans Persson’s Road 6 in Gothenburg.
The Annual Report for 2019, and supporting documents plus the Teams meeting invite has been sent out via email.
Those who are unable to attend the Annual General Meeting are kindly asked to submit the required documents so that they are available by Incipientus no later than June 5.
