New installation completed for dairy products

Incipientus has recently installed and commissioned a new system for in-line rheology measurements, with a major international food company, for different dairy products, including yoghurts and cheeses.

During commissioning the Incipientus system was compared to off-line rheometry and very good agreement was achieved. This verified the technology for in-line rheology measurements at the customer facility.

The Incipientus instrument will be used to not only test products, but also to evaluate the effect of varying processing conditions using different equipments. Different treatments to the product affect the end result and Incipientus can capture the effects before and after the treatment processes.
